Yes. If your previous service provider is no longer available or you want to switch, we work our way into the existing customizations. First we take stock, then we take over maintenance and further development - without you having to start from scratch.
Never directly on the production system. We first test the update on a copy of your installation, check all customizations and then schedule a fixed cut-over date - with a fallback plan. That way updates won't undo your individual customizations. Details at Support & Server Maintenance.
Yes - we deliver training on site at your company or remotely, whichever suits your team best. The content is always based on your real processes and data, not on standard slides. More at abas ERP training.
By making sure your data never leaves the building. Our AI solutions such as S.E.L.M.A. run entirely on your own servers - no cloud. Field-level permissions determine which data the AI is allowed to see at all, and write access only happens with human approval.
Yes. With our product cayZugferd, your abas ERP generates compliant XRechnung (the German e-invoicing standard) documents in version 3.0 and ZUGFeRD PDFs - validated with the KoSIT reference validator and without touching your customizations. It runs as a Docker container on your infrastructure, in production for example at telemaxx.
